Vagina a myth say Saudi scientists

RIYADH. The so-called 'vagina' is a myth, and women should stop trying to claim that they enjoy sex, says a group of Saudi grand viziers.

The viziers, all experts in modern Saudi scientific fields such as astrology, water divination and alchemy, were speaking at the launch of their new study, 'Between the Cracks: Stop Fannying About With Our Women', which has set out to prove that the 'vagina' is nothing more than an extension of the buttocks.

"Everybody knows that women are non-sexual creatures," said team leader Prince Abdul Abdul Abdul. "This fantasy about a female sexual organ, this subversive and frankly repulsive idea of a 'vagina', is yet another assault on our values and customs by the West."

Senior researcher Abdul Saud agreed. "Ask any man in the Kingdom if his wife has ever showed the slightest bit of enjoyment while fulfilling the nasty but essential work of spawning a male heir, and he will tell you that sex for women is, and always has been, utterly joyless."

"Until now, we naturally assumed that this lack of pleasure was the fault of the woman partner, perhaps due to some inherent psychological handicap shared by all women," said Grand Vizier of Numerology, Professor Faisal Abdul Saud. "But now we have shown that women are not only stunted psychologically, but physically too."

The team admitted that they had not questioned any actual women during the course of their research, since this would have required having a conversation with one, which is frowned upon in the Saudi scientific community.

Asked if they had ever heard of the clitoris, they confirmed that they had.

"Clitoris was a common name for girl-children in the mid-Victorian era," said Prof. Saud, adding that it sounded quaint and "faintly reminiscent of flowers".

Palintology to study dino bones put there by God 6,000 years ago

ANCHORAGE. US vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin has vowed that if John McCain overcomes incontinence and yellow teeth to enter the White House she will guarantee that the teaching of evolution is replaced by Palintology in all high schools. According to Republican science advisors Palintology is the study of why God hid dinosaur bones all over the world 6,000 years ago.

Speaking to journalists from her Wasilla home where she was hosting a book-burning honouring the Brides of Alaska Uzi Appreciation Society, Palin said it was time America's children learned the truth about the world they were going to invade and occupy one day.

"We need to stop teaching lies to our children," she said, singling out the current theories on global energy supply as a case in point.

"My little girl wakes up screaming every night going 'Mommy, when the oil runs out am I going to have to kill Russians?'

"After I've calmed her down and told her that it will never come to that thanks to something called a preemptive thermonuclear intervention, I ask her: who told her oil was running out? And who told her it was okay for girls to think they can have careers in the military?"

She said that if Palintology were taught in American schools, her daughter and millions like her would learn the truth.

"As long as American children are weeping for the betrayed dreams of the Founding Fathers, there will be oil," said Palin.

However, she said, the central thrust of Palintology would be to understand why God decided to hide dinosaur bones all over the world approximately 4,000 years ago.

"There's a lot we don't understand about the whole fossil thing," said Palin.

"For example, did God make dinosaurs, let them live out a normal life, and then boil them down to get nice pristine bones? Or did He just create the bones and skip all the stinky boiling stuff?"
