safefinder virus, erfaringer?

Vel, jeg har fått safefinder viruset. Altså etter å ha lest litt om dette virker det som om det ødelegger pcen din helt (har plutselig fått innstalert masse uønsket materialle uten min godkjenning, osv). Den stjeler også passord og personlige opplysninger.

Hva gjør jeg nå? Noen andre som har dette viruset? Jeg har ingen viktige filer på pcen, så alt kan bare slettes, burde jeg gjøre dette? Hjelp.

How to remove SafeFinder?

In most of the cases, SafeFinder enters computers as a web browser plugin. In order to remove it, follow this guide:

• Scan your computer with a reputable anti-spyware. We recommend using SpyHunter, STOPzilla, Malwarebytes Anti Malware. (Malwarebytes er det beste!)
• Uninstall SafeFinder via Add/Remove Programs list. For that, use these instructions:

1. Click Start -> Control Panel -> Programs (or Add/Remove Programs) -> Uninstall a Program.
2. Here, look for SafeFinder SmartBar by Linkuri Ltd, LPT System Updater Service and similar entries and select 'Uninstall/Change'.
3. Click OK to save the changes.

• Reset your browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer):

Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer, click the Gear icon or ‘Tools‘ -> 'Internet Options'.
2. Here, go to the 'Advanced' tab and click the 'Reset' button.
3. Go to the 'Reset Internet Explorer settings' -> 'Delete personal settings' and click on 'Reset' option.
4. Finally, click 'Close' and OK to save the changes.

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox, go to the 'Help' section -> 'Troubleshooting Information'.
2. Here, choose a 'Reset Firefox’ for a couple of times and 'Finish'.
