Ikke hente pakke fra iherb

Jeg bestilte en pakke til rett under 200 kr. Da den gikk gjennom tollen var kursen tydeligvis litt høyere, då det ble pålagt en fortollingsgebyr på det samme som pakken er verdt...:/

Hvis jeg ikke henter pakken blir den så returnert og pengene (minus frakt) returnert?
