Sangen er et frieri til de som føler seg som outsiders og freaks.

Det er kult å være annerledes, la oss skåle for den, jeg er så jævlig freaky, tjohei. Ikke noe dypere enn det.

At kyr drikker fra kvinnebryst er nok en kommentar til at vi drikker kumelk. Kanskje Pink er veganer eller veggis, eller iallefall dyrevenn. At hun skal til å henrette en matador er en ganske tydelig kommentar mot tyrefekting iallefall, og at folk i finlandshetter tapper melk fra bryster tolker jeg som at hun er anti melkeindustri.
