Aerodynamically, the bumblebee is capable of flight. Our understanding of aerodynamics at the point where someone declared it should be impossible was flawed, and we learned from discovering something we thought shouldn't be possible. It's an important message, to keep going, always try things, and keep an open mind.

The pedant in me wishes they'd say "Aerodynamically, we originally thought that the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly," though!
