Our policy on VAT and customs taxes is shown in the "Customer Service" section of our website, under "Delivery"; on our Frequently Asked Questions page; during the checkout process; and on your order confirmation e-mail. As per our policy, we will reimburse the customs duty to you. Please kindly collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail a scan of the receipt, or fax the receipt to us at 00 852 2811 5138. You can also send a copy through the post to the address below. After we have received your receipt, we will reimburse the amount charged by crediting your credit card. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER on the fax or letter to avoid any delay in the processing of your reimbursement.
