You should write in your tinder bio what you are looking for. For me tinder doesnt work at all .. but thats the place where its most people on i think . 

An other place is Chat.no. There you can choose between different rooms. One is for mature people and it says 40+.  There i think you can at least get to talk to someone . Might not happen anything there either, but i like it there to be able to talk to people instead of all this swiping. 

As a little warning though its more men in chat.no then women so i can imagine it might get a little harder for men in there then it is for us women. But only way to find out is to try. And write to people and try to start a conversation.
