My personal opinion is that whether or not someone is good/great in bed is not depended on which country they come from, but rather your basic sexual intentions. Sex is not all that physical, but rather psykological. Some people say that asian women are better in bed due to their active usage of the muscles in their vaginas. However -even so, I suppose it is more important, in the long run, to feel a psycological satisfaction towards the person you are having sex with, rather than focus so much on the physical attributes. I guess if a man is having a one night stand with a woman whom he has little or no feelings for, such attributes would be of a certain importance.
