Noen som har handlet der og valgt DHL Express som shippingmetode? Måtte dere betale moms/toll på kjøpet? Har flere ganger kjøpt varer fra USA og benyttet meg av DHL Express, har fått varen på ca to dager og har ikke måttet betale noe ekstra selv om pakken har hatt en høy verdi. Dog har ikke firmaet jeg handlet av skrevet noen verdi utenpå pakken.

DHL har ikke fortollet for meg når jeg har bestilt varer fra firmaet i USA. Jeg har betalt prisen som har stått på hjemmesiden til firma.

 Dårlig formulert; du betaler på forhånd, slik at du ikke må betale DHL. Siden du handler fra tar seg av betalingen, det er bakt inn i prisen. Hvis du IKKE velger prepaid, må du betale DHL (eller FedEx eller hvem det er som leverer...).

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Shopbop the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from Shopbop ("Actual Import Fees"). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit collected exceeds the Actual Import Fees, Shopbop will refund the difference to you.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the Shopbop website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

If you refuse a shipment from Shopbop, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Shopbop. Hmm, vet ikke om jeg skjønner helt. La oss si varen koster 400 usd dollar plus frakt på 19 dollar (DHL express). Hvorfor betaler jeg ikke moms? En person som bor i USA betaler jo akkurat det samme.
